I don't know about yours, but mine came in a USPS Priority Padded Envelope with about 5 otherUSPS padded envelopes wrapped around the anvil to make a 'rectangular ball'. My guess was so that there weren't any sharp edges etc to mess with the automated machinery. All of the USPS's Priority Packaging is N/C as the cost is supposed to be included in the shipping charge. I'm amazed at how much of that freebie material is inside of packages from FleaBay. :roflmao
By the way, my postman is pretty smart. He waits until all of the mail has been delivered then drives down the street to deliver 'packages'. I've had lightweight Small Priority Boxes delivered along with large heavy packages 'AFTER' the 'mail' was delivered and I'd recovered it.
