Not just a penis hammer, but a specialized “bull penis” hammer.
It may make your hammering cockeyed
When I worked in the packing plant I saw walking sticks made this way but not hammer handles.
I wonder if the age of the bull would make a difference on how far it would flex?
When I was 14 years old I worked after school for a machinist (Bert Lewis) and his eccentric father (Ed) used a 'Bull Penis' walking stick. He had his cats 'Reversed Trained' in that he'd come into the shop, sit down on a chair and yell 'Scat! Scat you S** of a B***h's! and the cats would come running. He'd then use his walking stick to scratch them and when he was tired of doing so he'd say 'Kitty kitty kitty' and the cats would run! Ed also held a patent on a rock polishing machine. It didn't turn, it vibrated. Ed showed me that once he'd put a rock on top it took almost exactly 60 seconds to go down into the slurry and then reemerge.
Years later I was on lunch and people were talking about people who did things differently and I told about Ed, the walking stick, the cats and the rock polisher.
That cost me a days wages as I was turned in for 'Sexual Harassment', Well I actually gained money but the 'charge' was still on my record. My store manager didn't agree with the charge but had to suspend me for the day but he scheduled me a day of overtime the next week to make up for the lost wages.
By the way---the woman who turned me in was my Union Shop Stewart and she called the union trying to get them to help get me fired. She was relieved of her stewardship and told that if I were fired that the union would be working to get me reinstalled.
The Beach quit not long after--

Karma can be a beach!
Yes, or in the parlance of the day, a "beeotch." Roy, though I haven't met you in person (yet), I know you are an old-school gentleman (though with a colorful sense of humor-like mine!). And though true sexual harassment is reprehensible, that clearly wasn't, and is just another instance of how we go to extremes, and well-intended changes in law and culture in the workplace can be misused.
As a department chair who supervises 14 (mostly women) teachers, I have had to learn to be careful what I say. Even though most of them are friends of mine, I guess you just never know when someone wants to nurse a grudge. I certainly don't tell the kinds of jokes I used to, though my language can be a little salty at times.
Ed sounds like a colorful character.
Just because one can, does not mean one should
Those are really popular as chew toys for dogs.
The handle might make a good pinning hammer.
It would soften the impact and hopefully reduce the chance of scale damage.
