You will lose some blade height removing them but not too bad. Love the bottom one, the W & B.
The Cooper(?) Looks like it may have some metal corrosion issues.

The metal corrosion looks worse than it is in the photos..
That Diamond edge is so nice.. I keep that with my special W&B stash.. One day i'll fix it up..
The top W&B is the most interesting though.. It doesn't look that large in the photo because of the angle but it is big..the massive chips are disgusting, it seems to have a very large barbers notch which i have never seen before..
These are old photos i was going through last night, i will dig it out when i get time..

Too bad! Stinks when you open the razor and THEN spot that chip on an otherwise nice razor.
reminds me of a razor I use to LOVE. Was a puma duck 350 square tip, unfortunately, I dropped it when shaving and it was given some bad chips. Always on the lookout for another one of those razors
I fixed this chipped 8/8 a couple weeks ago.

How did you round the toe? I tried that with a Dremel cut-off wheel on a W&B with some really bad chips and the blade cracked.Quote:

Dremel spins too fast and too hard to control. If you don't have a grinder, a diamond plate or diamond file is a better way to go. The metal is very thin at the tip and is easily removed.
