Hi, I have a weekly set of Bismarck 5/8 razors. They are marvelous razors but the gold etchings on the blade and its spine of the razors are gone mostly. Does anyone have any idea how can I fix this problem or can I ?

You can electroplate with gold wash but it is quite expensive to buy the kit, I dare say there are companies out there that would do it for you. A down and dirty method is to use a gold permanent pen then renascence wax to protect, it does work but wont last forever and won’t have the same depth or lustre.
Have you tried 'Rub-n-Buff? It comes in Gold and Silver. Can get it on eBay or possibly craft stores. I use it on embossed scales.
Yup, can be re-plated, but is costly in the $80-100 range and must be un and repined adding to the cost.
I remove a lot of gold on a lot of customer daily drivers, as it looks terrible once scratched. All Gold wash/plating is very fragile. So, even re-plated it will easily scratch or rub off with regular use.
Back Roads Gold does nice re-plating on double edge razors at a reasonable cost. I think he used to do straight razors. I do not think he will un and re-pin.
Re-plate if it is a wall hanger otherwise, leave it off and use it.
Yes, I tried the permanent pen, it worked . I washed, rubbed and it was there till I oiled the razor and oil wiped off the gold.
I watched some videos about rub-n-buff , I think it is worth to try
Rub n buff will tarnish if not sealed. I use it frequently for faux finishes, I seal with clear lacquer.
Rub n Buff is just paint and will dull/tarnish just like unsealed gold paint.
All that gold don’t make it shave
