I'm starting to fall down the restoration rabbit hole, and was just wondering where you guys dig up your stuff. I haven't really gone to a flea market since I started this, so I'm gonna check those out.

Antique stores, estates sales, flea markets, ebay,
All thee abovementioned.
But here's a tip for antique stores.
Even if you don't see anything, always leave your name and number and what your looking for. I've done it with numerous stores in my area. I've been blessed by some calls that are still hard to believe.

$150 took all. !!!!
Each razor in the left row, is worth more than that, and some, even more. !! :roflmao
I actually find all mine on ebay. Some have just been listed as buy now or make an offer. The rest I am just lucky to get them at a good price.
I would tell you but then I'd have to kill you. :roflmao
Most of mine I get from eBay also but that is a trick. You have to look very closely and try to find buy it now lots when they first show up so set a notification for things like "straight razor lot," vintage razor lot," etc and check it quickly before people like me and bouschie beat you to it.
Now you did it. Its going to be harder to find razors and I will have to raise my prices. 😂😂😂
I bought so damn many years ago, I just look in the drawers and find a gem I forgot I had! ;)
You are the blessed one..fosho.!
I'm trying to catch you Tom.
Dibs on any of those Mike.:tu

here's mine :p
Besides asking the antic sellers, ALLWAYS ask anyway, more so on a flea market.
See, a lot of sellers don't feel comfortable displaying razors. Heck, one of my most cherished prizes, my first real treasure, was stashed away so much that only half of the sellers couple knew where it was :)
I agree...always ask. I've gained two nice Wade & Butchers, from a guy who was at a flea market, selling those cheap Chinese, pocket knives.
He had some good, vintage pocket knives, displayed in a glass case. So I asked if he had any vintage straight razors.... They were tucked under the table, in a roll.
I bought the one, then came back the next week, and bought the other.
Even picked up a 7 day set of Schulz's, razors, at a yard sale, once. Just cause I asked....
