Microfasteners.com
They only have #0 in stainless. The only #0W washers I saw on the site were brass.

or:
In the www.smallparts.com catalog, I have been able to source the following washers, which are suitable for razor use, together with catalog part number:
STAINLESS STEEL 18-8
B-WXA-0W size 0 0.068 0.250 0.025 10x1.00$ 25x2.10$ 100x6.90$ (blade washer)
B-WXA-0N size 0 0.068 0.125 0.025 10x1.00$ 25x2.05$ 100x6.75$ (pin washer)
(these are the ones that I am ordering)
Fender, STAINLESS STEEL 18-8
B-WXF-0 size 0 0.068 0.250 0.025 10x1.45$ 25x3.00$ 100x10.00$ (blade washer)
(basically the same as the stainless steel ones?)
and finally:
NYLON 6/6
B-WNA-0W size 0 0.068 0.250 0.025 25x1.55$ 100x5.10$ (blade washer)
maybe a nice alternative for inside washers, maybe I'll get those too and experiment
cheers,
Nenad
mastro livi uses nylon washers i believe
Does the search for SS washers mean you're going to use SS pins?
No. It's too hard for peening. Probably nickel welding rod.
