help finding NYC hobbyshop

there was a post on this board a few weeks ago about a NYC midtown west hobby shop that was on like the 2nd floor, carried a bunch of rogues/pastes, small tools etc etc that someone posted about.

if i remember correctly it was like between 34-39th street West side like between 6/8th ave area. if anyone remembers the info, or if that poster is about, please post and update as i would like to swing by and check it out.

i went to 2 walmarts and coudln't find maas. where do you folks look for it in walmart? it wasn't with the other metal cleaners such as tarnx,brasso etc etc. is there another spot in the store that they keep it?

That is the one I use. It is located at 34 West 46th Street, 2nd floor. That is between 5th and 6th Avenues. Telephone # (212) 944-0909. However I would NOT describe it as a Hobby Shop. It is a supply store for jewelers. They do have mostly anything you need for restos.

I was able to pick up Maas at Home Depot on 23rd. No problem at all.
