Haven't had time to finish honing it yet. :) The initial hone work showed up some of the unevenness of the grind. Now I know some more trouble spots to watch out for...
I also made the mistake of setting the bevel with tape, then trying to remove the tape, fix the bevel on the DMT and finish it off. The grind is heavy enough that this was a big waste of time.
Next time I'm going to figure out how to rough in a bevel with my belt grinder. Doing it on the hones is INSANE. :)

I asked Robert Williams how he did it, and he told me he set the bevels without tape, and then he grinds away what honewear was caused by setting the bevels.
This way you don't have to tape, and you get good bevels.
