Just got these back from Josh. The pictures don't do them justice. The first two were rescaled, polished and honed by Josh. The third one was a W&B blade and set of scales I made and asked Josh to pin on the blade for me. He did that and cleaned and honed it for me also. He dose a fantastic job. Have not shaved with them yet, but they look like they will be just fine.All three are centered and tight.The finish on the scales is flawless,excellent work. Thanks Josh.

That first one is leopardwood. The second is padauk. The third is maple. :)

how did you finish the wood on the second one so that it was watertight but the grooves are still defined?

You can do that a number of ways. Wax, Tung oil, Poly...

Wow, beautiful stuff! I love the look of the paduak scales, very nice.

Nice looking razors! Looks like we're keeping Josh busy. I have to say, he really put a nice edge on some razors for me recently. Fine craftsmanship!

It is laser engraved (burned in) the scale.

I really like the one that says Antelope, something on that one just draws my eye....
I hate sounding crass, but if that should ever be thought of, as for sale, please let me know.. Something on the razor :)

Great razors all three though Congrats !!!!

The padauk scales are finished in tung oil, which penetrates the wood surface and leaves the grain well defined.
