Toss the blade & keep the scales?

I know this has been discussed here before, but I couldn't find it with the search engine..
I spotted a couple of Kriegar razors with better than usual scales. "Stag Bone", "Pearl with Fantasy scroll design", and Micarta. Does anyone know if these scales are high enough quality to be put onto a real razor?

since their blades are so very cheap I would assume their scales would be of no better quality. By the way these are both just plastic.
