I have looked around for a few 0-80 hex micro fasteners but they only come in lots of 100. I have no need for that many, i am only using them to mock up. I thought i would see if anyone had any extra they where willing sell. If so pm me please.

You know, I have often had the same thought. Maybe we could do a small group buy. I too want a few for mock ups. One hundred is way too many for me. Maybe if one or two more people are interested we can divy up the cost of a couple of items from Microfasteners.com.
I could use some hex bolts and nuts, and #0 wide washers. Anybody else?
Actually guys unless you have the hex wrench that goes along with them you would be better off getting the slotted screw ones for mock ups since you can use any micro screwdriver to tighten them...
I've got 100 sets (hex screws, washers and nuts) on the way.. Some are spoken for but send me a PM if you want in on some... I only need 15 or so.
I don't know if there's one in your area, but my local Sears Hardware store stocks 0-80 stainless screws, washers, and nuts. They sell them individually.

Hey guys, does anyone know the (rough) size in mm of these 0-80 screws? My hardware store sells itty-bitty screws, washers and nuts, but I'm not sure just what size is best (for the inevitable coming of the rescaling bug).

I always order the longer ones and they are close to 20mm long.
The nut size diameter = 2.40mm and the height = 1.25mm
