I have bought the tool and while using it found that if used with right hand (as right handed person) it spins towards me which I do not like. Is there way how to change the direction of the spinning? Thank you

Dremel rotaries use a different chuck size, but burs, stones, and mandrels are readily availabe.
The only way to do this is to disassemble the Dremel and reverse the connections on the motor... this will only work if the motor uses permanent magnets.
However I would not recommend changing the direction of the rotation because attachments such as buffers or cutting disks, held by a "right hand" threaded screw may become lose.
Would something like this work in place of a dremel? I only have a cordless 7.2v dremel...which dies fast.

When you say big, how big? the reason i ask is this, it seems to me the die grinders suck more air than any of the other tools in the shop. at least i seem to notice the compressor kicking in more often when using the die grinder.
the other thing you'll run into, one you need a pressure regulator (not a big deal, and likely you have one) and two, most are variable speed based on how much you squeeze the handle, but with a top speed of 22k rpm you're going to have a hard time going slowly enough.
but for 12 bucks why not try it out. you'll find its good for other things too, never hurts to have tools laying around.
I'll tell you a die grinder story. friend of mine came over needing to shorten a small hollow rod for a shoe rack. I took it out, put in vise and grabbed a hack saw. my wife says,"with all this equipment you'd better use something better than a hand saw!" I figured the noise from the die grinder would be good, grabbed one and ZIP! but it really wasn't worth the time it took to get it out of the drawer, hook it up and turn on the valve. but she got her show.
