Gents,
Can anyone tell me how to create the bullseye/birdseye effect, the multiple convex "collars," to re-pin an old Wade & Butcher horn-scaled razor?

There's actually a couple ways to do this, and I'm pretty sure it's well covered in the wiki.
Just in case it's not so well covered, these options come to mind.
- Buy a doming and dapping set at harbor freight or online, and use it to create washers of the shape you want.
- Search google for knife making suppiles to find washers that are already in the shape you want.
- This one I know is in the wiki, use a metal lathe to cut solid washers the shape you want.
- The easiest is to simply stack a small washer on top of a wide washer and peen carfully. You won't get the same effect, but you can get pretty close.
Thanks. I did try searching the wiki under "bullseye" and "birdseye" but got nothing. I'm not sure where to look, but I'll keep trying.
Searching any wiki seems to be hit or miss.

You should also check microfasteners.com for supplies, and widgetsupply.com for tools.
I know that none of those are exactly what you're looking for, but that will get you on the right track.
