Seriously.... go to Google and type in the search "6/8 inches in millimeters"
Or "22 millimeters in inches".
Or if you're looking for a math solution.... say "5*9+(sqrt 10)^3="
Type it into the search engine.
Best solution would be if the entire Anglo Saxon world would go metric like many already did or are doing.
I am sure some day the whole world will be metric but until then I want to know how many miles to my destination, how many yards for a first down, the Earth is 93 million miles from the Sun and the speed of light is 186,000 miles per second. Give me a gallon of gas, a gallon of milk and please bring back a quart of whisky. With this I can tell how many miles per gallon I am getting with my car and quarts of whisky to my destination. Zero degrees is cold, 32 degrees is freezing and 100 degrees is hot. I am going to keep my Anglo Saxon measurements thank you.

I'm curious to know why a conversion would be needed, it's not as if cutthroats are widely sold in metric sizes. Even the French manufacturers and retailers list their razors using imperial measurements, despite being a country that uses the metric system.
