Looks like a job for the Maas again.
You'll probably get an NOS vintage for the price of the dremel drums needed...
lol...I'd like to see what it looks like under all of that. I restored one that wasn't quite that bad, but it actually turned out alot better than I thought.

I know nothing about restoring rusty razors, but I bet it will look like Swiss Cheese by the time you get all the rust off. I hope those scales are worth something.
Looks like an EBay collectible to me! :) I'd leave it as is and hang it on the wall. :)
Looks like something they might have dredged up from the Titanic. It belongs in Davy Jones shave Locker.
Alternately, put it up on the bay for $$$
Starting bid of $99 ought to do it, after all that thing is RARE RARE RARE and VINTAGE and in GREAT VINTAGE CONDITION with ONLY A LITTLE RUST.
Oh, and mention that there is only a small chip in the blade and it should be great with a little polish and a sharpening.
Lol.... heres after 20 mins of goofing off on my grinder.
It might be a goner :D
I bought it for 80 cents at an antique shop (it was $1.00 with 20% off. LOL). Figured it could be some grinding practice :) Plus, before I got it home I couldn't see the manufacturer -- now I know its a W&B. That was worth the 80 cents to me. haha.
