Jason, which end, toe or heel? If you have a Dremel, cutoff disc and grinding stone, you have everything you need. Be sure to start any cuts from the edge towards the spine.
yup i got those tools so i need to start with the edge and head to hte spine, and sorry toe if that is hte end of the blade right
got a quick pic? Toe is the loose end and the heel is toward the tang.
here is the results. not really sure what to do with this one now. i really wanted to sell it its actually in really good shape.

If you didnt damage the temper, there has been interest here for shortened razors before.
nope the temper is good i took the dremel for about 3 seconds and then dipped into cold water to make sure. i have learned a few things about that already lol. maybe i will try to hone it and sell it for what i paid for it.
You might want to think about removing the scales and rescaling this little beauty so that the scales fit the blade better. The current scales look to be in good shape, so I would definately save them incase you need them for a future project.
the scales are in great shape im just not sure if i can remove them without damaging them is all
