I saw this video on another site I was looking at. It shows some sword making and grinding in Solingen in Germany.
I found it kinda interesting (but I have had a few new years eve vodka shots)

Video works just fine.
I have just watched it and I find it fascinating how much work goes into those swords. The big boots and leg guards when the guy is grinding the steel back it interesting. Also the amount of pressure that they use to finish the blades off is a lot more than I would have thought.
