Genco wedge
I bought a Genco Wedge with hammered tang and no scales. It took me six months and a set of SRD ebony scales before I was able to put a final edge on this razor.
This is the first full wedge I ever dealt with and it took a refreshed edge well. I gave it a few laps on the Nani12k, the Shapt. 16k and the Nakayama Maruichi .
The shave was quite acceptable and the SRD ebony scales are a good choice for most blades.

Nice lookin razor. I have one too, but haven't honed her yet (cause she's NOS...).
BTW they are not full wedges - they are quarter hollows. Reminds me of the Case Red Imp 132 "wedge." You'll know it if you hone a full wedge, because the entire side of the razor will touch the hone (i.e. there will not be a bevel and a band of hone wear at the spine - the whole side will be the bevel/hone wear).

Genco had many different models of razor and here are just a few of them:
GENCO SUREEDGE
" HENRYS X
" REDCROSS
" FLUID STEEL
" B2
ETC. and the one pictured above is a GENCO WEDGE
Just for clarification, Genco named this model - WEDGE -
Holli is right, it's a 1/4 hollow but this model was named "WEDGE" by Genco. It is stamped on the tang and on the front scale......:)
