316 SS washers
I just started my first restoration on a razor:

At first I was a bit hesitant on de-scaling and removing the pins/re-pinning, but I decided to just go for it so that I could properly restore the blade.
In my welding shop we occasionally use 1/8" 316 grade stainless steel rod for TIG welding. I've done a bit of research and tried peening the rod and it seems to do just fine (though I'm sure nickel and silver are both easier to work with). The problem is that i'm not sure what size washers I will need for collars. I want to maintain the original size of the dovo washers if possible, but I have no idea what they are.

You might check out this link to a previous thread.

There are a few good links within to get some comparison on prices and what's available. It looks like you are on the right track with the #0 washer. #0, 1/16" and 16ga all seem to be pretty close in size from the stuff that I have seen either in the hardware or hobby store and online.
Good luck.

I'll have to check and see if I can find them at any of the local hardware, hobby or nut & bolt shops. They are so cheap that I cant see it being worth it to order them if I can find them here. Thanks for your help :)
