where can a newbie have his razor restored?

Hi everyone, I've been DE shaving for about 6 months now and recently found a nice looking straight at an antique store, it is a Krupp and has "99" on the blade.

I think it's usuable, I'll try to post pics later.

Is there someone I can send it too, to have it cleaned up to a point where i can shave with it?

Bill Ellis has done some mild resto work on one of my razors and he did an excellent job. You can't go wrong there.

Bill does great work and so do a number of others like Joe Chandler, who is a member here, and also Ross Cutlery in LA.
Be sure to define what you want done..specifically.
