I just finished some scales with CA, my first time, and used Turtle Wax rubbing compound as mentioned in the tutorial by gsixgun on this site. I followed it with a polish called Beyond Clay by Surf City Garage. Followed up with multiple coats of Ren Wax.
Someone mentioned re-using the lead wedge. I would go this route to keep as much of the original together as possible.
But whatever you do- I'm sure it will look good!
