I am trying to get into restoration of razors, but i can't hand sand forever, so i am in the market for a bench grinder, but again i am on a tight budget. What would be the best of both world brand. Cheap and does the job with about breaking.

You might try reading and asking in The Workshop section.
Personally, I would say the harbor freight bench grinder, with the stones removed and buffing wheels on instead.
This one: 6" Buffer
Use 4" wheels with it.
You'll end up spending more on wheels and compounds than you spend on the buffer.
I've only tried one, but it worked. Screw off the guards, take the stones off, and throw on buffing wheels.
Also, Eric is right; with a HF buffer, you will spend more on wheels and compounds than the buffer.
Also try flea markets or garage sales, ect. I missed a nice but old one last weekend for only 15 bucks.
