Very good work. I am in the middle of a couple of restores, but I'm not sure if I'd have the patience to get it to a mirror like that.

Looking good. I would just check the width of the pivot fingers between your fingers, it looks like it might be just a tad wide, although it might just be the angle the picture is taken.
BTW nice work on the blade, mirror finish is great.

Jeff, for me it is what feels comfortable to hold. As you shave the scales will sit between your fingers. If it feels comfortable, then it should be fine. My personal preference is probably on the thinner side.
For example this is a set I am currently making. I normally find that the pivot end is normally narrower than the wedge end.http://img.tapatalk.com/31b63e39-4f44-9dc7.jpg

Ok, Wedge rough shaped using the side of a grinding wheel. Man does bone stink when grinding!! Like burning hair!

Still a couple fine scratches, but wanted to do an initial buff to see how they will look.
I think they are sick!
Enjoy,
Jeff.

That IS a very cool pattern on those, keep up the good work during your pinning!
They look great Jeff. Looking forward to seeing the finished razor.
