What's wrong with the middle two and I wish I had a belt grinder but all I'm doing is the sanding
Nothing is wrong with them, it just looks like you went a little deep in the pitted areas. You may want to consider evening out the deeper areas thats all.
The other two look great..
IME the dremel puts scratches so deep that emery cloth is required top take them out. I guess it depends on the pressure used, I put my dremel out of its misery (maybe it was my misery lol)

The Fredrick celebrated finished I don't have a buffer To give it a mirror finish
Done......... The finished product I don't have the proper tools for a true mirror finish I'm happy with the results I sure hope pinklather will be too
Great JOB!
I hope pink lather likes it im nervous
Tyler, those are breathtaking. An way beyond what I'd hoped (remember somewhere I thought 600 grit finish was fine?) You've gone way beyond, and your hard work really shows well. I should take sanding lessons from you.
I am truly amazed at how well some of you guys on here can polish up those blades :) nice work!!!
Use the dremel to buff. get a couple felt wheels, use one for Tripoli and the other for red rouge. Use the tripoli first, clean the blade good and then use the red rouge. Just keep the blade cool.
You can pick up a variable speed foot controlled rotary tool from harborfreight for around $50-60. when on sale $40.00. Their worth it all day long.
run those blades through a vibratory tumbler and you'll be amazed at the finish.
