Drill presses are great IF you have a centre bit to start the hole. Well done though I bashed a few to oblivion before I got the hang of unpinning.
I just tried the drill press method, worked out pretty good as you can see I filed the pin first to get it straight so it was easier to centre the drill bit

The blades are now being treated by the Electrolytic process
I use these to drill out the pins in my drill press - they are stiffer and less prone to 'wandering' than standard bits.
