New Scales

I made a set of new scales out of micarta and tried to hand engrave them but there was a little chipping around the edges here and there. I guess a hand chisel and hammer is not the way to go for micarta. Also I used too large of lettering and I made the lettering straight instead of following the curve of the scales. I thought it would look ok but it looks crooked and crappy. I will try again .They are acutually white. I downloaded the darker pic first and then couldn't get rid of it.
