Thanks those are some good suggestions. I'm wondering how an ultrasonic cleaner compares to a gun shell vibrator/cleaner (I have the Hornady). Compares like with removing rust and smoothing a finish, scales, and collars, that kind of thing. Would you use one or the other for different jobs? One thing already noted is that the gun shell cleaner only holds a couple... but what about which jobs are best for?

A short length of garden hose makes a great sanding block. The curved surface works very well for full or half hollow blades.

Off topic, but rock tumblers do a great job tenderizing and marinating meat, . just throw a few staights in with bagged and marinated meat , and you'll be ready to eat, hone and shave in 48 hours :beer2:l
