I can't read the writting, clean it a little, so we can see what it is.
Also photos of the whole razor, please.
Ask the barber if it has a history.
Looks pretty cool, but, the cutting edge looks like it has some pretty heavy corrosion.
You may just have Swiss cheese steel under there.
If its cheap, it might be worth a shot, but dont get your hopes up to high.

We (as a rule) do not discuss monetary value on this site, but I would speak the the relative worth...the scales look interesting and I would say it is worth some more photos...and possibly some time and effort to clean it up a bit and better assess what you have.
To **me** the real value in any razor is how well it works. Show us more and we might be able to help you direct your efforts of find someone to put some work into it for you. I hope the blade is not as rusty and pitted as it appears that I may be.
The razor belongs to the barber and he doesnt want to let it go. Ill attach some more photos of the lettering but I don't have any other pics of the razor. The scales are primarily green with a metallic iridescence.

I so want this razor if its shavable. I just dont want to invest time and effort in trying to pry it from his hands and then trying to get it restored if it isnt worth it. Most of the corrosion seems like its on the surface but its hard to be sure.
That's a tough one. You'd be surprised how deep that surface pitting can go on hollow ground blades. From the first picture the oxidation looks pretty bad near the edge. It also looks like there might be some discoloration bluing, but I can't tell for sure.
Its a Carl Klaas. Not to be confused with a Robert Klaas. I found a shave ready model on ebay for about $65. I found a completely useless one for $10-$15. I still like it though. The scales are awesome.
