Thanks all. After thinking about it it would have to be an inlay of some sort with how brittle it would be to pin. That or I might find another purpose for it. I couldn't turn it down for the price and quality it was.

I love lapis, i have it in a ring and it looks amazing. I'd love to see the finished product however you use it. I think it would look amazing as a wedge, once polished it has such a beautiful look.

I sometimes wonder about how things work out. I found this when looking for a wrist splint in a drawer that I normally don't look in.:D It is Chrysoprase not Lapis but may give you an idea to use it for something sharp.

Could be broken down and suspended in acrylic or something to that effect, kinda like the inlay on the shark razor that Baldy made last year.
I'd love to have a brush made similar to this cane top.
