The mas is the best of the 3 for steel, but flitz seems to work best for the plastics, bakelite, phenolics, ect. It was originally marketed to restore plastics and headlights on autos.

Thanks for that!
No frown its the photo, I want to pick one and get it ready to use. I liked the hamburg ring I saw it in other restores but I am sure if I sand it I will lose that writing the our 136 looks like someone tried sanding it has quite a scratch in it.
I read about cleaning silver using hot water with salt and foil it it and any dirt transferred to the foil leaving the silver clean, would this help with razors?
My idea for one of the handles was to have a metal skeleton type handle made for it

Just trying o get rid of this last bit of patina and it doesn't want to go I'm out of tools lol, is there anyone uk based that for a reasonable within my budget price could possibly finish this for me? I have done my best but I lack the skills currently and would like to have a shave with it :)
You can shave with it just like it is if it is honed.
Not sure but that looks like it's corroded in. If those are pitted you are going to need to do some sanding. The deeper it is the more sanding required. It's not hard it just takes time.
