Hi,
I will use 2 mm aluminium rod for repinning relatively big razors.
Can I use fender and flat washers? If yes, which size and which place should I look for? I had a look at the microfasteners:
Washers - Micro Fasteners
Thanks.

Moved to the Workshop forum where it belongs, which if you look at the top of you will find a Sticky thread

Which then has this thread saved under the scale making heading..

Sometimes they change the link so I even put in the order numbers for you guys
Hi,
Which size will fit a 2 mm rod? I can find rods in milimeters in Turkey.
Thanks.
Fractional and Decimal Inch and Metric Conversion Tables
Googled it, I am not that smart
For all practical purposes 1/16 = 2mm, means those are the right size
So what size would be good for a 3/32 pin? Trying to get some inner washers for a restore. Trying to keep it PayPal, <.< don't like putting card numbers out there.
Divide 2mm by 25.4 = 0.0787".
You need a washer with 0.079" I.D. That's a #2 in brass. The #1 is just slightly too small @ 0.075"
Best to ask the supplier (Microfasteners) what the I.D. size is of the stainless if that's your preference. I don't have those on hand.
