That depends on how much you like it. I would probably just hit it with metal polish, such as maas, semichrome, or the like and hone it up. Minimalist approach.
I wonder if this has been reground before, there seems to be traces of stabilizer on the heel.
Id say I like it enough to give it a shot! It looks great to me. Ive heard nothing but great things about these and wanted to try it out. It looks like a good polish will clean it up pretty nice without going crazy on it. Thanks jimmy!
I couldnt tell you if it has or not. Im going to take it into a local place to get looked at. I just wanted to share and get some opinions although its tough through pictures to really tell. Thanks mainaman!
You can give it a try for sure, first set the bevel to make sure the steel is good close to those spots with pitting. If all is good some hand sanding to clean up is all it will need.Quote:

It IS a regrind, and moreover with a poor grindstone (not a water grindstone, the grain suggest it). It may be "unquenched" (I don't know if you say it like this in english).Quote:
