Restore a 1920's Keen Shakespeare

I bought this razor for $3 at a garage sale and would love to restore it for use. I live just outside Toronto (Ont, CA) if anyone knows of a local who offers restoration services. Someone outside the forum mentioned a member named MAXI...?

Maxi is a good guy. In addition to restoring and honing the blade, you'll probably want web scales. It'll take a little work, but the blade looks like she'll made a shaver.
