Try Neil Miller's Strop Shop or Coticule.be. I have never tried either but both have be spoken well of.

Without seeing what you're looking to rescue/salvage/beautify, its not something you can predict w/ any accuracy at all. Guys start out thinking that any fleabag from the bay or antique store - needs only honing. That is rarely true. Restorative grinding is the norm, and that's not free. For this reason, most new guys are encouraged to buy from a member that uses a str8 daily. The honorable Hirlau had a post on doing this was a very worthy read for all those contemplating this path.
That said, if its one of the truly exceptional 'finds' that really *does* need only honing, I think you'll find the recommendation for Neil at the Stropshop to be a good one.

Thanks for all replies but razor is now on eBay as I've invested in a shave ready razor :)
Good luck with that danrubenis, I have bought so called shave ready before and paid a premium for it.
If you don't think razor is up to snuff just let me know. IMHO my exceptional edges always pass hanging hair test easily, though this is no indication of smoothness it's a good starting indicator. I've seldom had a good shave from edges that failed this test YMMV.
