2018 Movember Auction Rules
This is our 8th year of participating as a community in Movember - a yearly initiative to raise awareness and funds for many health issues related to men.
In addition to having several teams that people can join or donate through, for a third year, we are providing the opportunity to raise funds by auctioning various shaving items in this forum section.
Anyone willing to auction item(s) can do so by starting a thread in this section.
All items must be in good working condition.
Please, specify:
the opening bid which is the minimum price for the item (make sure you will be fine if this is what Movember gets for it in a case of one bid only)
the shipping costs (keep in mind that they can be very different within your local region and outside)
any shipping limitations
Then members would bid on the item by posting in the thread increasingly higher bids.
Auctions will end on November 30, 2017 unless the seller specifies an earlier time.
At the conclusion of the auction the highest bidder will:
arrange the shipping details with the seller and the payment for the shipping costs directly to the seller
donate their winning bid to Movember through one of the SRP Movember teams: SRP-USA, SRP-Canada or, SRP-Australia.
The team captain can confirm that the donation has been made, if it is not publicly visible on the Movember website.
The seller will then ship the item to the winning bidder in a timely manner.
Thank you to everyone donating to this great cause to help men all over the world. And to help conquer health issues both physical and mental men face.Look sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

Thanked: 135Wish I did!
When I click on the SRP-USA link it takes me to a page that I need to login to. When I click on the SRP-Canada link it takes me to the page as described by Dave where there is a Donate button.
Do I need to create an account to donate?
Sorry for the dumb questions.
Never mind: bypassed link and went to the main page. All Gouda!Last edited by Paulbuck; 12-01-2018 at 06:20 AM.
