I guess I might as well post some of my test results for this hone here. I took two razors and set the bevels on my King 1K. A Joseph Elliot Best Silver Steel that appears reground to a full hollow and a Joseph Rodgers that is about a half hollow. I honed both razors in about the same way.
Started off on the DT with a bit of slurry. Did about 50 laps or so, added a few drops of water to dilute, did about 50 more laps, then rinsed off the slurry and did 50 more laps. Went to the CF for about 50 laps with a very light slurry and then 50 laps with just water. Both blades gave very nice shaves.
I'd say this makes a very nice combo, since it lets you take a blade with a bevel all the way to shave ready off the CF.
