Someone might like this straight.
Moderators, by all means erase this if it's not
in the spirit of our ethos.
I don't know if this is appropriate or not....
I bought two razors from him yesterday.
Can't afford this but someone might.
You just have to pay a butt-load of shipping...
If you can find another straight on his site, that will help
reduce the postage.
I am not in any way affiliated with "Bear".

I'm confused about the outrageous US shipping. Item location says it is in New Mexico. Am I missing something?

Actually when you look at the item on the US ebay the shipping in the US is $6.30. international priority mail of a small flat rate box to Australia is $23.95. the OP gave us the Australian ebay not the American ebay
nope I have no idea who the seller is; but why bash before you read?

All living Oz I see a lot of well over priced shipping which I won't bid on
eg. I can get a whole Push bike in a box from Tampa Florida delivered to central Queensland for $100-150 USD Max
I have and do get razors for only around $10-15 USD max
$23 for postage is blatant theft let alone when I see around $50 USD on some razors these sellers need to get serious and stop ripping buyers off cheers DLast edited by Substance; 09-13-2013 at 05:42 AM.

When you say $23 is theft, do you mean by the seller or by the post office? I've sold some items internationally where I really only trust priority mail, and I charge at cost, which comes out to that much. The priority has a lot of benefits inside the US until it goes abroad, and is generally faster for international.

Shipping to S. Texas is only $6.30. The site is defaulting to Australian shipping.
Resetting the shipping to US will adjust the shipping price drastically.

Thanked: 1371If you're in the US and want to be able to collect an insurance claim on anything international, shipping is in the ballpark of $50.
There are cheaper ways to ship, but if it's lost or damaged, someone has to eat it.
