This topic brings up an interesting point, you don't see very many 9/8 razors out there, do you? I have a custom made Josh Earl one, but rarely use it because it is difficult to shave my upper lip with it. Maybe that is why they are so rare...

For me, I've always had a bit of trouble with the ATG pass on my right neck area with my left hand (old hockey injury), with the bigger blades I can now do this easily.
I'll always be on the hunt now for W&B's of this type and condition.
Yeah, I could see how a gotee easily bypasses that upper lip problem...
Some would say the size of the blade is irrelevant, it's the only the edge that touches your skin. But, in this type of shaving, like other things, it's all personal taste.Quote:
