I don't want to start a "Blood Bath / Bidding War" but this looks very distinctive to me.
Has anyone seen a razor like this before ?

The blade? Yes - I have one very similar and it's a great shaver. :)
Not the scales though. Looks like bone to my decidedly non-expert eye ( ) and as for the decoration, there's some home-cookin' going on there, methinks. I usually don't like painted or otherwise decorated scales, but I kind of like that.
BTW anyone thinking of bidding - there are chips there that you'd have to deal with.
It's not a terribly uncommon blade. It's nice, the scales are nice and possibly 'natural' ... But it's far from rare. I've seen at least a dozen go in the last year alone. Unusual though- nah. It's shoulderless hollow ground and late in production. Nice yes, unusual.... Not so much. Bidding war- you never know.
Edit- after closer look the scales look bone
Just checked and I have a W&B with the identical blade in a set of black scales with white wedge. Can't be sure if the scales are original or not but it is a fine shaver.
