OK, I admit it.
This IS a blade that would require a narrow hone.
Almost as good as wind chimes! :D

You've posted in the wrong forum section, it ought to be in The Finer Things in Life :)
No wonder you're keeping them indoors - with that wrong hook and hanging cross I would be ashamed to hang them on the porch as well :)
You need to upgrade the hook to the fifteen dollar one from the OP and bolt/peen four blades at the tang holes for the hanging cross.
Well, TBH, the bungee hook was temporary at our meet last year. This set went home with Spazola!
I had thought about using blades in that manner, but drilling all the holes necessary for the strings would be tough. I tried cell and horn scales before and they just drooped eventually.
The cheap metal scales would never droop. Anyway, always developing the wind chimes! Thanks for the 'pointers', Gugi! :rofl2: They sure sound pretty as the wind blows! Each blade has it's own sound.
Someday I will finish my Razor Clock:)

Is this really what it's come to. Oh the horor.:dropjaw: I can't look any more
Well, we beat the bent blade hook to death. May as well move this to something constructive! :rofl2:
Speaking of the 15 dollar bent blade hook. How white-hot would you have to get a toasted Wosty to bend it that way?
What would the attrition rate be?
That's for Tom to ease drop on all his neighbors on the telephone, however he has to climb the telephone pole to do it.
