Well whoever honed it to this condition must have never head of lapping their hones, or used on of those half rounds for chisels.
I guess you can hone on dished hones!!! I,m sorry I just couldn't help myself. Tc

The scales look like they are in pretty good shape, if they don't have insect damage on the inside.
It's a classic example of what can happen to your razor if you don't tape first. :beer2:
I really don't know what you guys are complaining about. That would probably shave a face like mine just fine.
