Thread: What would you do?

Ive been watching an item on the Bay for a few months. Ive sent the seller an offer twice through the contact a seller option hoping to start a dialogue. He simply ignored my emails. He relisted the item with a make an offer option. So I made a fair offer which he promptly declined. So I raised my offer and resubmitted it. Again he just delcined it. Im trying to get him to communicate with me so we can come to a fair price for this item but he simply wont engage in any form of commincation with me. I know from his ad that he feels he has a one of kind pile of gold that he is setting on which is not the case. And his asking price is more than the item is worth in the real world. After bing listed for months and relisted at a lower proce, as a seller I would be motivated negotiate with a buyer that is interested.

What would you do after 4 failed attempts to get a seller to communicate/negotiate with you?

Keep in mind he simply ignored me and just outright declined without even a counter offer.
