Loueedacat, good to hear there is news and good news at that... I'm going to assume the seller will re-ship with the..... ahem..... full address and at his/her cost and you shall soon have your razor.
You are of course correct, but I take the middle road in this because it really was entirely out of the sellers hands, he/she did present the item for shipment correctly and neither seller or buyer was at fault, and in most cases we're not dealing with a full blown company but rather a one man/woman show and I tend to view that size of operation slightly differently, considering how difficult it is to obtain refunds from your typical post office, insurance notwithstanding.....
Of course the main thing is that Loueedacat's situation has been updated satisfactorily and will hopefully have a happy ending soon.
