Just to throw in my .02, I think rarity must have come into play on this one. While the W&B Barber's Use blades are sought after, they are pretty common. Ebro's are less common, and this is the first one I've ever seen marked Barber's Use.
Also, the Joseph Wostenholm's are older than the George Wostenholms (I couldn't quote dates, but this fact stands out from when I had an Ebro and sought out information on it).
Again, just a thought based on the various razors I've seen out there.
