4 inch frameback. Anyone here got it?

This item caught my eye. Was anyone else watching it? If it wasn't for the chip I'd have bought it, but as it is I thought it would be no more than a novelty item.

Not sure if it's a microtome.

I would say it's a microtome. Neat looking blade aside from the chip. Don't know how you'd use most of that length unless you have huge flat cheeks.
