    Default A little pricey?

I know this is a nice piece, but $560? Granted, the only W & B's I see have a no frills spine, making this possibly a somewhat rare piece. But this auction isn't even over. The last W & B I won was $10.

    OUCH!

    It's Shave Ready!
It is very nice, but not that nice. It may be the scale mentalists again. The only other answer may be that two drunk crazies have got into a bidding war & things have escalated. That'll be some hangover!

I couldn't believe it myself. That is my official highest record. The record has stood at $288 for another WB Barber Use I sold several months ago, and several have gone for just under that over the past year, but $560!!! I had to shave with it again before I packed it up. Seems like it shaved better before it was so valuable, or..maybe I was nervous that I may drop it.

Well I didn't pay near that for the Bismark and the Shumate that I bought from you but they are two of the sharpest, shave readiest razors I have come across in my lifetime. BTW, that is some darn good shaving soap you sent along with the Bismark.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I was pretty baffeled at this myself. I was actually bidding on this item very early on. I think I put my max at $100, and I checked back a couple of days later and it was well over. I checked it this morning and saw that it was over $500 and couldn't believe it. I mean it's a nice piece of work, but it's not that great.

560 for a W&B? Yep, the recession is definitely over!

See, you can make a living selling razors.

'When' payment is confirmed I'll agree with you on that. Until then, looks like I'm getting deeper in debt in ebay fees.
