Doh Doh Doh Doh Doh Cracked Razor Doh
Antique Hugo Deutamann & Sonn Pilger Straight Razor - eBay (item 390141093868 end time Jan-09-10 16:21:41 PST)
Wasted Money. Nuff Said.
Long Version:
I saw this razor when it got put up, watched it. Didn't catch the crack in the pic. Later someone must've told him and written it in or maybe I just completely missed it, but only noticed that in the description the crack is mentioned. After I dropped my max in. I thought I stole it. Oh the pain. For shame... fooooooor shame.

I guess I will just have to relist it see if anyone else wants it. SOmeone bid me up that high so maybe someone wants it as a collector piece or will do as I did lol. Maybe my RAD is bad enough that I'll just keep it.

Contact the seller and explain it to them. They offer a 7 day return guarantee and they can offer it to the second bidder and save both of you time and shipping.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Well unless I'm badly mistaken when they put a 7 day return privilege in the listing they have to honor it. Paypal will stick with you on this one. You don't have to have a specific reason beyond,"I don't want it" if the return policy is so stated. Send it back and eat shipping both ways. For anyone the link didn't open for it is item # 390141093868

I don't know... The crack is listed in the description and it does not say the usual "The following information was added by the seller..." thing, so I'm pretty sure it must have been there from the start of the auction. So, in the seller's defense, he listed a cracked blade and Khaos bought a cracked blade. That really is too bad, though, the money spent on the razor and the fact that it's cracked in the first place.
Then again, I don't know what is required as a reason to return an item... I thought it had to arrive not as shown/described.
