    Default Heinkels made in Pakistan?

Hey, who knew this?! Apparently those famous "Heinkels" razors that everyone is trying to buy are made in Pakistan! I guess that's where the famed "Tripletworks" are located and where they make the renouned "Frodor Inocks" blades (named after the character from Lord of the Rings, if you didn't know). I think the town where it's located is called Solongen, which is right near Shaffield. Anyway, don't bother with those high-priced German knock-offs . . . hoo boy, those are for LOSERS with more money than brains, am I right?

In general, I don't buy from that seller because I can't tell if his shots are at shorter than 50mm or if every blade he has has a frown.

Anywhere there are name brands, there will be knockoffs. That's just da way it is.

Just out of curiousity, does anyone know how Pakistan came to be the country for making crappy straight razors? I mean, why not India or Vietnam or someplace else?

Pakistan has the largest number of open air cottage industry arms and blade markets in the world. You can buy a homemade imitation of any firearm or blade there. They let you shoot the firearms before you buy, so the markets are dangerous locations!

Ha, that is very interesting!! It makes me wonder how that particular cottage industry got started there, but what you say makes sense.
