Gents,

Discovered THIS one on the Bay:

W. GREAVES 13/16 STRAIGHT RAZOR BLADE w/ box VINTAGE - eBay (item 230509672952 end time Aug-16-10 08:49:06 PDT)

Needless to say that i am interested in this blade, but since i've already have made ONE mistake in purchasing a razor that had so much honewear that there's nothing that can be done about it..well.........i don't want to make THAT mistake again.

Therefore i seek advice of the "seasoned" pro's on the forum.
Already contacted the seller, and he stated: " I had to Google honewear to learn a little. I don't know how to judge honewear. There is some..."

HOW can you be sure that there is actually enough left on the spine, in other words "little honewear"??

ALL input greatly appreciated

Regards,

RazorBack
