Why? Because I have never seen one like that before. If its the only one, it must be worth more!
I happen to be the only one of me you will ever see, so I am rather valuable too!
Besides that, it wont sell, a dozen people will write in telling him what they will pay him for it, and then it will be re-listed in the future with a reserve price he determined from all the offers. :borg:

Richard Simmons
Wait, what?
If the snake jumped off the scale and crawled up my arm I'd buy it.:)
I was kind of disappointed to see only one scale has a snake on it.
The naked lady scales you see from time to time -- those I can understand. I don't think my wife would be so understanding, but I can understand the general appeal.
On the other hand, what is the possible attraction of shaving with a razor with an evil, grinning serpent on the scales?! I mean, it's definitely bad-a**, but would you even want to pick up something like that in the morning? Gives me the creeps, actually.
Utopian didn't know you were a Richard Simmons fan. Who would've thought eh? How's about I make you a set of custom pink scales on a vintage boker blade in exchange for that Black on white 1056 you've been holding onto? It could be quite fabulous. Hell i'll even throw in a copy of the producers.
